Congratulations on taking the next step to becoming a much healthier you! Below are the tools you will need to begin your new and improved low glycemic nutritional plan. Please use the 7- day meal plan calendars and grocery lists to better understand how to organize your weekly nutrition. Feel free to substitute meal #5 for ANY Entrée on the Body Balance Blog. ALL RECIPES on this site are low glycemic, therefore you may mix up your meals if you stick to the Body Balance recipes.
