The Total Body Sculpt Program is a 36 week program divided up into the beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. You can begin your program at whichever level you prefer and advance as you feel ready. Each level will include:

  • Breakdown of the program for that month in regards to both exercise and nutrition
  • Video tutorials for your weekly exercise routines with a corresponding printable PDF of that specific routine
  • Meal plan guidelines, low glycemic options, healthy recipes, etc that are beneficial for both you and your little one
  • Multiple 7- day (low glycemic) meal plan calendars with corresponding 7- day grocery lists for that specific calendar (including DHA-enriched foods)
  • Contact with other Body Balance members through the BB community

THE BEGINNER PROGRAM is a 12 week program that will advance you to the intermediate program at its conclusion. If you do not feel ready to advance, you may repeat the beginner program until you feel prepared. If you do not feel this level is difficult enough, feel free to advance to the intermediate level before the 12 week period is completed.

THE INTERMEDIATE PROGRAM is also a 12 week program that will advance you to the advanced program at its conclusion. If you feel this program is too difficult, feel free to drop down to the beginner level until you feel prepared to advance. If you do not feel this level is difficult enough, feel free to advance to the advanced level before the 12 week period is completed.

Dumbbell and Ball (Full Body) Routine PDF

THE ADVANCED PROGRAM is a 12 week program that will challenge you and transform your body into a sculpted machine! If you feel this level is too difficult, feel free to drop down to the intermediate program until you feel prepared to advance. Only YOU know your capabilities, so feel free to adjust program levels as you see fit for YOU!
