Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Protein Cookie Dough Balls

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Protein Cookie Dough Balls

Who doesn’t enjoy a little cookie dough from time to time? I used to eat it all the time as a child, despite the fact that it had raw eggs and was super unhealthy for me! I have been wanting to make a healthy cookie dough recipe for some time now…so this is what I came up with. I have to say, this is one I will make on the weekly!

  • Using your hands, roll the peanut butter chocolate chip protein dough into balls. I made larger protein cookie dough balls, but feel free to make smaller ones. Keep in the refrigerator until you are ready to eat.
