Customized Exercise Plans are 10-12 week plans personalized to you and your goals… whether it be weight loss, muscle/weight gain, or weight maintenance with lean muscle gain.
WHAT WILL YOU GET IN THIS PERSONALIZED PLAN?
- A complete breakdown of your Exercise Plan: Explanation of what to do for your Cardiovascular Exercise (Frequency, intensity, modality/type, and duration) as well as Resistance Training, Core Training, and Stretching
- The routines will be in both PDF format and video format (myself performing the entire routine). Online training is much easier when you have a visual, so the PDF routines include both step by step written tutorials and step by step pictures. You can print these routines if desired.
- All Core Routines are in video format and all stretches are in picture format.
- The plan will be tailored around your accessibility to equipment. If you do not have access to a workout facility, I will create a plan for you requiring minimal equipment.
- You will have access to communicate with me through email, should you have any questions or desire for tweaking of your program.
- At the completion of your plan, I will add additional routines to extend your plan for another 10-12 weeks at a 25% off rate.

- A complete breakdown of your Nutritional Plan: The plan is tailored to you, your schedule, your food preferences, and your specific calories/macros necessary for your goals.
- The plan will include your Macronutrient (Protein/Fat/Carbs) breakdown for your specific body type, whether it be endomorph, ectomorph, or mesomorph.
- A complete list of foods ranked according to the glycemic index. I will map out exactly which foods to choose from and to stay away from within your daily nutrition.
- I will give you a minimum of 4 meal plans to choose from. You will be able to mix and match meals from each plan if desired. Every meal has the complete macro and calorie breakdown, therefore making it easy to swap out meals/food for other meals/food.
- I will incorporate alcohol into the plan if desired and modify for specific allergy requirements.
- You will have access to communicate with me through email, should you have any questions or desire for tweaking of your food options.
- At the completion of your plan, I will add additional routines (and tweak your nutrition) to extend your plan for another 10-12 weeks at a 25% off rate.
